Meanwhile, it adopts open type intermittent cam system and helical gear transmission, which makes up for the inherent insufficiency of jitter and unstable transmission of chain transmission and greatly prolongs the service life of the machine and reduces the failure rate of the machine. While ensuring high accuracy, it guarantees the stability of the machine's operation, low noise and high production capacity.

The whole cup making process is controlled and monitored by Delta inverter, Delta servo feeding, Delta PLC, Delta human-computer interaction touch screen, Omron/Fotek proximity switch, Panasonic sensor, etc., thereby improving the performance of the equipment and achieving fast and stable running.
